Are you passionate about driving seamless HR operations and enhancing employee experience through efficient systems and processes? Join our People & Culture team as a People Services & Systems Specialist and play a key role in building a reliable, tech-enabled HR function.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support payroll by validating employee data, attendance, and related inputs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and ensure timely service delivery.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and dashboards as needed.
• Support implementation, adoption, and optimization of HR systems including HRIS, ATS, and performance management tools.
• Work closely with P&C and IT teams for system testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Provide system support and training to improve user experience and utilization.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
• Assist in documenting, reviewing, and improving HR operational processes.
• Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws, data privacy standards, and internal policies.
• Contribute to automation, digitization, and employee experience enhancement initiatives.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations
• Exposure to HR systems implementation is a plus
