Position: Senior HR Manager

Location: 33F-A, Sarwar Road, Cantt, Lahore

Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000

Key responsibilities:

* Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational procedures
* Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, investigations, and grievances
* Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding
* Support performance management, probation evaluations, employee development, and engagement
* Advise management and department heads on HR and compliance matters
* Conduct HR audits and maintain accurate, confidential employee records
* Conduct HR policy and procedure awareness sessions
* Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation
* Ensure smooth coordination and workflow within the HR department

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong expertise in HR policies, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations
* Experience developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, disciplinary procedures, and organizational processes
* CHRP or relevant HR certification is an added advantage
