SMB Services, a dynamic and growing organization, is actively seeking a seasoned Senior HR Executive to join our dedicated HR team. This role demands a professional with solid experience in HR operations and a strong ability to coordinate effectively with clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all facets of HR operations, including onboarding new employees, maintaining comprehensive documentation, overseeing payroll processing, and managing exit formalities. In addition, you will support recruitment processes by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers.

A key part of this role involves liaising with clients to ensure the seamless and timely delivery of HR services, which requires excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset. Familiarity with local labor laws and experience using HRMS (Human Resource Management System) tools will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, payroll, and exit formalities.

  • Support recruitment activities such as candidate screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.

  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients to ensure HR services meet agreed timelines and standards.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

  • Utilize HRMS tools to streamline HR processes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in HR operations and client handling.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HRMS software is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
