Description:
EcomSpot, a fast-growing e-commerce startup, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join its team in Lahore. This role is ideally suited for individuals with a strong foundation in core HR functions and a passion for driving people-centric initiatives within a dynamic and evolving workplace.
The position entails a full spectrum of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and HR policy enforcement. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, high organizational competence, and the ability to work independently in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and HR documentation.
Implement and uphold HR policies in alignment with company objectives and compliance requirements.
Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new employees to support integration into the company culture.
Assist with performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and general HR operations.
Provide HR support and resolve employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and staffing strategies.
Contribute to HR process improvements and internal policy development to enhance operational efficiency.
