Techrystal LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior HR Executive to join our growing team in Lahore.

📍 Location: On-site — Johar Town, Lahore (470-F, Block Johar Town)
🌙 Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
👩‍💼 Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures
• Handle employee relations, attendance, performance, and HR operations
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
• Ensure effective communication between employees and management
• Assist in building a positive and productive workplace culture

🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office / HR tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
