💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, attendance & performance management
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Oversee onboarding and training processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Resolve employee concerns and provide HR support

- ✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of HR experience (software house preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
