Netkom Technologies is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Executive HR to join our team.

🔹 Position: Senior Executive HR
🔹 Experience Required: 4–5 Years
🔹 Eligibility: Only Male Candidates

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Support management in strategic HR planning and execution

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–5 years of proven HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
