Senior Architectural Designer

Description:

We're seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our growing team! You'll play a key role in supporting our projects from concept design to construction documents, working alongside architects and engineers.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop innovative and functional design solutions.

· Create high-quality architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, landscapes) using multiple software’s.

· Assist with 3D modeling to visualize and communicate design concepts.

· Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations.

· Prepare design presentations and proposals for clients.

· Maintain project documentation and filing systems.

Qualifications:

· 2-3 years of experience as a successful architectural Designer.

· Strong understanding of design principles both interior and exterior, space planning, and color theory.

· Outstanding knowledge of 3D modeling in rhinoceros plus grasshopper

· Proficiency in design software (Rhino or 3Ds MAX, AutoCAD, Revit, corona, lumion or D5).

· Knowledge of rendering software such as Enscape and V-ray

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
