Position: Rewards & Benefits Specialist

Key Deliverables

  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package
  • Prepare job analysis for job evaluations
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy and reward structures
  • Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
  • Participate in salary and benefits surveys
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best reward practices including Incentive Structures.

Position Requirements

  • Masters in Human Resource Management/MBA
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources -Rewards Function
  • Understanding and exposure on Job Evaluation assignments in previous organizations
  • Proven working experience as a Rewards/compensation and benefits specialist
  • Experience and familiarity with various types of Salary & Benefits surveys
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and highly numerical and meticulous in detailed working (proficient in MS Excel)
  • Excellent research, quantitative, analytical, problem solving, project management and multi-tasking skills
