Position: Rewards & Benefits Specialist
Key Deliverables
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package
- Prepare job analysis for job evaluations
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy and reward structures
- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
- Participate in salary and benefits surveys
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best reward practices including Incentive Structures.
Position Requirements
- Masters in Human Resource Management/MBA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources -Rewards Function
- Understanding and exposure on Job Evaluation assignments in previous organizations
- Proven working experience as a Rewards/compensation and benefits specialist
- Experience and familiarity with various types of Salary & Benefits surveys
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and highly numerical and meticulous in detailed working (proficient in MS Excel)
- Excellent research, quantitative, analytical, problem solving, project management and multi-tasking skills
