Revit Architect

 

Description:

BPO Impact is looking for an experienced and highly proficient Revit Architect to join our growing team.

 

This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for candidates with 3–5 years of professional architectural experience and expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

 

The ideal candidate should be confident working independently on professional architectural projects, producing accurate models and construction documentation, and meeting demanding project deadlines.

⦿ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•⁠ ⁠Develop detailed architectural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.

•⁠ ⁠Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Create and maintain high-quality 3D architectural models.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate architectural models and drawings with MEP and structural teams.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and project teams.

•⁠ ⁠Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and consistency.

•⁠ ⁠Implement client feedback and design revisions efficiently.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure project deliverables comply with international standards and client requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Manage multiple project requirements while consistently meeting deadlines.

⦿ CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

 

•⁠ ⁠Experience working on US projects.

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠3–5 years of professional architectural experience — REQUIRED.

•⁠ ⁠Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit — REQUIRED.

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of architectural drafting and construction documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of international construction standards and practices.

•⁠ ⁠Strong portfolio demonstrating professional Revit projects, architectural design, and 3D modeling.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work under deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
