Position: Recruitment Specialist

Industry: Textile / Apparel

Location: 34 KM Multan Road, Lahore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 5–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for management and non-management positions
* Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies
* Coordinate with department heads for hiring and workforce planning
* Manage job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding
* Track recruitment KPIs and prepare hiring reports
* Build and maintain talent pipelines
* Ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
* 5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in textile/apparel
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
