Karachi American School (KAS) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for a proactive professional with strong recruitment expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for attracting high-quality talent within a collaborative educational environment.

Role Overview:

The Recruitment Specialist will support the school's talent acquisition initiatives by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for faculty and administrative/support staff positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and onboarding support
- Source qualified local and international candidates through recruitment platforms, professional networks, job fairs, and talent pipelines
- Collaborate with department heads and school leadership to support hiring and workforce planning needs
- Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and employee records with confidentiality and accuracy
- Develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with the school's mission and culture
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Ensure compliance with school policies and employment regulations

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Prior experience recruiting faculty and staff preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within an educational institution or international school is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Pakistan labor laws and HR compliance standards
