We’re Hiring – Recruitment Specialist (Fintech)

This is a full-time hybrid role for someone with 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in fintech or tech-startup environments, who can manage end-to-end recruitment and contribute to building high-performing teams.

What we’re looking for:
💻 Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
📊 Skilled in ATS/HRIS systems and Excel-based dashboards
🧾 Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
🌍 Exposure to US market recruitment is a plus
🎓 MBA – HR or relevant degree preferred
🤝 Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
