🔹 What You'll Do:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment—from job postings to onboarding
• Build strong candidate pipelines via portals, social media & networking
• Collaborate with department heads to meet hiring needs
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist top talent
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS
