🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing & selection).
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, social media & networking.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding process for new hires.
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & recruitment platforms.
