Logix Solutions is looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our team in Karachi.

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Experience: Recruitment Consultancy OR Technical Recruitment experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and professional networks.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Handle technical and non-technical recruitment assignments.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
Understand client requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Maintain candidate relationships and recruitment records.

Requirements
Prior experience in Recruitment Consultancy or Technical Recruitment.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and talent markets.
