As a Recruitment Executive, you will be instrumental in sourcing and managing technical talent for clients in the USA & Canada market. Whether you're a seasoned recruiter or just getting started, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Source and pipeline top technical talent for the USA & Canada market using LinkedIn, ATS, and innovative sourcing strategies.
🔹 Maintain a strong candidate database to ensure long-term hiring success.
🔹 Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver quality hires.
🔹 Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and utilize tools to optimize sourcing.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Fresh grads are welcome!)
✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS, and other recruitment tools.
✅ Strong time management and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
✅ A self-motivated and driven individual who’s eager to learn and grow in recruitment.

Shift Details:

⏰ Shift Timing: 5 PM – 2 AM (Monday to Friday, with the last few hours remote)
