Description:

Looking for an enthusiastic and determined recruitment officer for our Rawalpindi Office.
The ideal candidate will be required to execute an end to end recruitment cycle for the assigned role.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Proactively interact with walk-in applicants to conduct initial screening interviews
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and conduct reviews
Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates regarding queries over social media handles (Facebook, Instagram)
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Act as employer ambassador by ensuring applicant journey meets the required KPI's
Update the ATS to comply with hiring matrices

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree or equivalent
Effective written & Verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to meet hiring requirements
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
1-2 years of proven recruitment experience with BPO or any other reputable company
𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am
