Medatron Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and post job descriptions on portals like Rozee.pk, LinkedIn, Indeed, Mustakbil, etc.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from vacancy identification to offer and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of HR experience (preferably in an independent HR role).
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws, payroll, and statutory benefits.
- Excellent communication, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
