We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our HR team in Karachi. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaborating with department heads to ensure the best hiring decisions are made.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
• Contribute to ongoing talent management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Prior experience in the fashion industry is a plus
