Manto is looking for a Recruiter to join their HR team in Karachi. This role is key in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with department heads to ensure the best hiring decisions are made, contributing to the company's overall talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, Screen, and Interview: Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand specific role requirements to ensure the recruitment process aligns with department needs.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, from initial candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.

• Applicant Tracking System: Maintain and update the system to keep records of all applicants.

• Talent Management: Contribute to talent management initiatives within the company.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Prior experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
