Description:

Candidates for this role will be expected to possess the following experience and qualifications:

·       1-2 years of experience, with an undergraduate degree from a reputed university.

·       High degree of independence and experience with self-management, ability to take ownership for targets and seek opportunities for improvement / growth of the program.

·       Professional demeanour, excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent business writing and editing skills and strong attention to detail plus excellent verbal communication which can be adapted to reflect the audience.

·       Positive, solution-orientated attitude, drive for excellence and ability to be a team player.

·       Self-reflective and open to receiving and giving feedback to others.

·       Entrepreneurial, creative, proactive mindset required of start-ups that takes ownership for targets and seeks opportunities for improvement / growth of the program of his/her own accord.

·       Ability to work against firm deadlines to achieve the targets and objectives.

·       Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
