This is an ideal role for recent HR graduates who are eager to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-performance environment. As a Management Trainee, you will be part of a vibrant and supportive People team that champions growth, collaboration, and learning.

You will be provided with exposure across various core HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, HR operations, and learning & development. This role is designed to groom future HR leaders by giving them real responsibilities and mentorship from experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize internal events and wellness activities.

• Contribute to the execution of training and development programs.

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

• Participate in HR audits, reporting, and compliance processes.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related projects and initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of internship or work experience in HR.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
