 Source, screen and interview candidates using various recruitment tools and methods.

 Manage the hiring process from beginning to end, including offer negotiation and onboarding.

 Develop and maintain a talent pipeline that supports current and future business needs.

 Work collaboratively with HR and hiring managers to execute onboarding processes.

 Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

 Consistently meet or exceed established recruitment metrics.
