Tech Cog Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a full-time Junior HR Officer to support and manage key HR functions including:
• Recruitment & onboarding
• Training & development
• Performance management
• Employee relations
• Compliance with labor laws
• Creating & implementing HR policies & procedures

🎯 Qualifications
• 1 to 1.5 years of experience (required)
• Strong understanding of HRM, HR policies & procedures
• Knowledge of labor & employment laws
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational & time-management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Immediate joiners highly preferred
