Junior Hr Resource

Description:

Dynamites Apparel is looking for a Junior HR Resource who understands the day-to-day work culture of a clothing eCommerce brand. This role is ideal for someone who is familiar with clothing production procedures, people coordination, and operational HR support in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operations including attendance, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination.
• Assist in hiring for production, warehouse, customer support, content, and marketing roles.
• Coordinate between production teams (stitchers, designers, sampling) and management from an HR operations perspective.
• Maintain employee records, basic performance tracking, and discipline processes.
• Support workplace culture, communication, and team engagement.
• Assist leadership with HR reporting and compliance needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Well-versed with clothing production procedures and workflows.
• Understanding of clothing eCommerce operations (production, warehouse, dispatch, support).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling daily operational issues.
