Virtelligence, a respected IT consulting and staffing firm, is currently seeking a Junior HR Recruiter to join their Islamabad office. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about human resources, talent acquisition, and organizational development. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR and recruitment team to support hiring operations, source qualified candidates, and contribute to a seamless onboarding experience.

The role is especially well-suited for individuals eager to start their HR career in a fast-paced, global business environment. Working on-site during evening hours (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM), the position offers exposure to international recruitment standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment databases and ATS systems.

• Support the onboarding process by collecting documents, assisting with orientation, and facilitating smooth integration of new hires.

• Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

• Collaborate with senior HR team members to execute recruitment strategies and talent acquisition plans.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment or a human resources support role (internships are considered a plus).

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines effectively.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a plus.

• Willingness to work in the evening shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, onsite in Islamabad).
