We're Hiring: Junior HR Manager

Location: Nazimabad No. 1, Karachi (On-Site)
Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

KGT Global is looking for a Junior HR Manager to support recruitment and daily HR operations. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, payroll, employee records, HR policy implementation, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Social Sciences, or a related field
-Experience in an HR role (HR Officer, HR Administrator, or similar)
-Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR operations
-Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (HRMS is a plus)
-Experience in a software house or digital marketing industry is preferred
