Junior Executive Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination
  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and maintain proper documentation
  • Coordinate team-building activities, internal meetings, and training sessions
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, including attendance validation and stipend/salary breakdowns
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for payroll, leaves, and holidays
  • Provide support in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor in all matters

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • 1.5 to 2 years of experience in HR
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask
