Description:
Symmetry Group is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive – HR to become part of its growing HR team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. The role requires close coordination with hiring managers and teams, handling candidate assessments, and maintaining up-to-date recruitment trackers and talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, onboarding).
Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
Maintain recruitment trackers and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
