Pharmatec Pakistan (Private) Limited is looking for a Junior Officer – Compensation & Benefits to join its Human Resource department in Karachi. This role is ideal for a driven HR professional who is highly proficient in Excel and has a solid understanding of payroll structures, compensation analysis, and benefits administration.

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of employee benefits, maintaining salary records, and assisting in the development of compensation strategies that align with industry standards and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the monthly payroll process and maintain C&B records.

  • Manage data related to employee benefits, leaves, and compensation history.

  • Analyze compensation trends and participate in salary benchmarking exercises.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the implementation of benefit programs.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to employee compensation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits management.

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
