Internship In Talent Acquisition

Description:

This is a full-time 6 weeks paid internship role in Talent Acquisition, located in Karāchi. As an intern, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to help identify and engage top talent for Banking Group. Tasks will include sourcing, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, assisting with candidate communication, and supporting overall recruitment initiatives. This role presents a great opportunity to gain exposure to HR and Recruitment functions within a leading financial institution.

Qualifications
 

• Completed or Last semester weekend students in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration.
• Demonstrated interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
