Biztek Apps is a fast-growing IT solutions company, delivering cutting-edge software and staffing services to global clients, particularly in the US market. We are expanding our HR team and looking for an enthusiastic and experienced International Recruiter to join us in sourcing top-tier talent for our clients across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles in the US market.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Coordinate with US-based clients to understand their staffing needs.
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and other job boards for talent acquisition.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the US or international market.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Familiarity with US labor laws and hiring practices is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently during night hours.
