Intern Recruiter

Belta Tech is currently seeking a passionate and self-driven Intern Recruiter to join our team at our Lahore office. This is a night shift role, ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and documentation.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Work closely with senior recruiters to understand hiring needs and strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in HR, Business, or related fields.
• Experience: Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) are mandatory.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working night shift (6 pm to 3 am PKT).
