As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in driving our event design projects from conception to execution. Your creativity and leadership skills will be instrumental in transforming abstract ideas into remarkable event experiences. You will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, ensuring they align with the intended purpose and project design strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, develop, and execute innovative design concepts that leave a lasting impact and align with the overall event theme and objectives.

- Lead and manage multiple complex projects of varying scales and budgets, from initial design stages through to final execution.

- Collaborate with clients, event planners, and vendors to understand their needs and expectations, and translate them into exceptional design solutions.

- Mentor and guide a team of Intermediate and Junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development.

- Continuously improve our design processes and standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design work.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and captivating presentations.

- Consult with clients on event programming and feasibility, providing expert advice and guidance.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event design and hospitality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a focus on event design & hospitality projects.

- Strong portfolio displaying your ability to develop and execute innovative design concepts.

- Strong expertise in creating captivating 3D models to illuminate and enhance the visual impact.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Maya, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor junior team members.

- Exceptional creativity, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, event planners, and cross-functional teams.
