MicroAgility is excited to launch its Leadership Development Program (LDP) 2025, specifically designed for aspiring Human Resources professionals who are eager to grow their careers in HR domains such as Operations, Recruitment, and Learning & Development (L&D). This structured trainee program offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization where innovation, leadership, and continuous learning are at the forefront.

The Human Resources Trainee – LDP 2025 program is tailored for fresh graduates or students in their final semester (preferably graduating in 2025) from Business, Human Resources, or Psychology backgrounds. Through this initiative, selected candidates will receive extensive hands-on training, exposure to real-time HR challenges, and mentoring from experienced professionals.

This on-site opportunity, located at our Islamabad office in G-11, is more than just a learning experience – it's a potential gateway to a permanent position. The trainees will rotate across HR domains, develop a strong foundation in talent management, and take ownership of key HR functions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations including employee data management, documentation, and compliance

  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews

  • Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes, performance evaluations, and engagement initiatives

  • Participate in Learning & Development activities, including workshops and training content development

  • Assist in creating HR reports and dashboards for internal use

  • Collaborate with HR mentors and cross-functional teams to support organizational projects

Key Requirements:

  • Final semester students or fresh graduates (within the last 12 months) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology

  • Strong passion for human resources, talent development, and organizational growth

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

  • Ability to commit to an on-site training program with a structured development path
