Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment tasks, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Help onboard new employees and ensure they have a smooth start.
• Support employee engagement activities and assist in organizing company events.
• Maintain and update HR databases and records.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed within the HR department.
• Handling and managing Current employees.

Requirements:

• Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, CS, Business, or software engineering interested in HR.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
