This is an on-site full-time role for a Human Resources Project Coordinator, based in Islamabad. The Human Resources Project Coordinator will be responsible for executing and coordinating HR projects, handling performance management and recruitment, preparing HR reports, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. The Human Resources Project Coordinator role will ensure timely completion of projects and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details
  • Project Coordination skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluency in English is required
  • Ability to use MS Office and HR Software
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Experience in project management and HR is an advantage.
