GINNASTIC ARENA GYM, Islamabad, is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive HR and Operations Manager to oversee our human resources and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you’re an organized multitasker who loves working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies that align with our gym’s mission.
• Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and staff engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Operations:

• Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring an exceptional member experience.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational budgets.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.

📋 What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 2-5 years in HR and/or operations management.
• Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with HR policies, operational best practices, and labor laws in Pakistan.
• Bonus: Interest in fitness and wellness is a big plus!
