Description:
We are seeking a competent and motivated Human Resource Officer with a Master’s degree in HR and 1–3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of HR operations, employee management systems, and organizational development practices.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process
- Conduct and coordinate Employee Evaluations / Performance Appraisals
- Develop and monitor KPIs and KRIs
- Assist in Policy Making and HR Procedures Development
- Support Organizational Development (OD) initiatives
- Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Coordinate onboarding and training processes
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR terms, functions, and best practices
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and Technical Recruitment (IT knowledge preferred)
- Understanding of KPI, KRI, and performance management systems
- Ability to develop HR policies and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Master’s in HR from a recognized/reputable university
- Hands-on experience in organizational development
- Experience in employee engagement strategies
- Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems
