Human Resources Officer

 

Description:

We are seeking a competent and motivated Human Resource Officer with a Master’s degree in HR and 1–3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of HR operations, employee management systems, and organizational development practices.

 

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process
  • Conduct and coordinate Employee Evaluations / Performance Appraisals
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and KRIs
  • Assist in Policy Making and HR Procedures Development
  • Support Organizational Development (OD) initiatives
  • Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Coordinate onboarding and training processes

 

  • Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of HR terms, functions, and best practices
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and Technical Recruitment (IT knowledge preferred)
  • Understanding of KPI, KRI, and performance management systems
  • Ability to develop HR policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

 

  • Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Master’s in HR from a recognized/reputable university
  • Hands-on experience in organizational development
  • Experience in employee engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems
