Transpotech is seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition / HR Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance processes, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
Job Description
● Identify and source top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
● Conduct interviews, assessments, and manage the hiring process end-to-end.
● Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
● Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
● Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
● Manage employee relations and support performance management initiatives.
● Conduct performance reviews and assist in career development planning.
● Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
● Handle HR reporting, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● Proven experience in Recruitment and HR Administration.
● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
● Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
● At least 5+ years of Experience in Tech or BPO industry .
