Falaknaz Group is seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and enhance our human resources function. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition strategies

• Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention

• Oversee performance management and development programs

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including leadership exposure

• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
