Human Resources Manager

Description:

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Create and manage job postings across various platforms
• Screen and shortlist candidates for different roles
• Coordinate and conduct interviews
• Draft and manage employment contracts
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Prepare structured onboarding plans for each new hire.
• Ensure new hires reach productivity quickly with measurable onboarding KPIs.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience in HR or recruitment
• Must be comfortable using HR tools, ATS, spreadsheets, automation tools, and AI.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge of HR best practices is a plus
• Strong management, documentation, and organizational capability.
