Human Resources Manager

Description:

We're looking for an HR professional who knows how to spot great talent and is confident managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding. If you’ve worked in the BPO or marketing industry, that’s a big plus.

This role is for someone who understands people, builds trust easily, and can help shape a positive and organised work culture as we continue to grow.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in recruitment (BPO experience preferred but not required)
• Ability to manage end-to-end hiring
• Good communication and people-management skills
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Can assist with basic HR operations, policies, and record keeping

What you’ll do:

• Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and support HR processes
• Coordinate with department heads for staffing needs
• Help build a healthy work environment and culture
