We are Hiring an HR Manager for our office in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key positions.
- Oversee smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies in line with Pakistani labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with EOBI, Social Security, and other statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper employee records and documentation.
Performance Management
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems (KPIs, OKRs, etc.).
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback sessions.
- Support departmental heads in setting and evaluating goals.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Plan and organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Manage benefits programs (leaves, bonuses, medical, provident fund, etc.).
- Conduct periodic salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize relevant learning programs.
- Develop internal leadership and succession planning initiatives.
Strategic HR & Planning
- Partner with management to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Support organizational restructuring and workforce planning.
- Provide HR analytics and reports to management for decision-making.
Health, Safety & Office Administration
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and productive workplace environment.
- Oversee general office administration where required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR (preferably in a managerial or senior HR generalist role).
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
