Human Resources Manager

 

Description:

We are Hiring an HR Manager for our office in Islamabad, Pakistan.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key positions.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

 

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies in line with Pakistani labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with EOBI, Social Security, and other statutory regulations.
  • Maintain proper employee records and documentation.

 

Performance Management

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems (KPIs, OKRs, etc.).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback sessions.
  • Support departmental heads in setting and evaluating goals.

 

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement and welfare activities.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Manage benefits programs (leaves, bonuses, medical, provident fund, etc.).
  • Conduct periodic salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.

 

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and organize relevant learning programs.
  • Develop internal leadership and succession planning initiatives.

 

Strategic HR & Planning

  • Partner with management to align HR strategy with business goals.
  • Support organizational restructuring and workforce planning.
  • Provide HR analytics and reports to management for decision-making.

 

Health, Safety & Office Administration

  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and productive workplace environment.
  • Oversee general office administration where required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR (preferably in a managerial or senior HR generalist role).
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
