Human Resources Manager

 

Description:

We’re a fast-growing company providing design, drafting, estimation, and back-office outsourcing services to clients in the US construction industry. As part of our expansion, we’re setting up a new delivery center in Lahore and building a talented team across sales, operations, and support functions.

 

To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a strong HR professional with hands-on experience in BPO, call center, and outsourcing recruitment. This is a key role for someone who wants to lead recruitment operations, build scalable hiring pipelines, and grow with a fast-moving company.

 

👥 Key Responsibilities

 

Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions, including sales (cold calling), technical (estimators, drafters), admin, and support roles.

Design and execute strategic hiring plans to meet aggressive growth targets.

Use a mix of sourcing channels effectively:

LinkedIn (search, outreach, job postings)

Job boards (Rozee.pk, Mustakbil, Indeed, etc.)

Facebook groups, WhatsApp networks, and niche communities

Referrals and internal databases

Conduct screenings, shortlisting, and coordinate interviews to maintain high-quality pipelines.

Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication.

Maintain organized recruitment trackers and candidate databases (Google Sheets / ATS).

Support policy development, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement as the company grows.

Contribute to building a strong employer brand through compelling job descriptions and outreach.

 

 

🧠 Requirements

 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in a BPO / outsourcing / call center environment.

Proven track record of hiring night-shift sales & support staff.

Excellent knowledge of modern recruitment tools and sourcing strategies.

Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).

Able to manage multiple openings independently in a fast-paced environment.

Energetic, proactive, and motivated to build something from the ground up.
