Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent integration
• Strengthen employee connections and lead initiatives that promote a supportive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Manage performance evaluation cycles and development plans
• Align HR initiatives with business objectives across departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a corporate or BPO setting
• Strong understanding of HR policies and legal compliance
• Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
