Human Resources Manager

Next Pharco, a growing pharmaceutical company, is looking to hire an experienced Manager HR to lead its Human Resources department at the Sundar Industrial Estate location in Lahore. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to contribute strategically to the organization's culture, performance, compliance, and people development.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and proactive leader with a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws. You will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle and playing a key role in building a collaborative, compliant, and high-performing work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and offboarding

• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with applicable labor laws

• Lead conflict resolution, manage grievances, and handle disciplinary procedures

• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement

• Ensure organizational compliance with labor regulations and internal standards

• Promote a collaborative and productive culture through leadership and strategic HR initiatives

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Office

• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR frameworks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership capabilities in policy implementation and people management

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector
