Human Resources Manager
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end hiring: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records (contracts, attendance, evaluations).
- Prepare monthly payroll summaries and manage leave tracking.
- Oversee onboarding: HR Manual briefing and acknowledgment forms.
- Track performance reviews, probation periods, and confirmations.
- Handle employee issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action.
- Help enforce company policies and assist in drafting/updating them.
- Support office resource planning and workspace management.
- Manage exit process: clearances, full-and-final, exit interviews.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in core HR roles.
- Strong in documentation, policy handling, and team communication.
- Good command of Google Drive, Sheets, and labor basics.
- Organized, responsible, and confidential in HR matters.
