Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage end-to-end hiring: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records (contracts, attendance, evaluations).
  • Prepare monthly payroll summaries and manage leave tracking.
  • Oversee onboarding: HR Manual briefing and acknowledgment forms.
  • Track performance reviews, probation periods, and confirmations.
  • Handle employee issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action.
  • Help enforce company policies and assist in drafting/updating them.
  • Support office resource planning and workspace management.
  • Manage exit process: clearances, full-and-final, exit interviews.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2–4 years of experience in core HR roles.
  • Strong in documentation, policy handling, and team communication.
  • Good command of Google Drive, Sheets, and labor basics.
  • Organized, responsible, and confidential in HR matters.
