Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for talent acquisition and employee engagement in the BPO or call center space? We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to support a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for voice, non-voice, and support roles.
Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee orientation programs.
Handle HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention strategies. Maintain updated HR records and generate necessary reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the BPO or call center industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle, shift management, and attrition control.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
